⟁ engagements

Three ways to work together

Each engagement is shaped around what the client genuinely needs at the time. The scope, pace, and depth can shift within reason as work progresses.

Sustainability baseline review

01 / review

Sustainability Baseline Review

A focused outside reading of a company's current sustainability position — drawing on conversations with leadership, a light review of available data, and a look at governance arrangements. Returns a written memorandum with observations and considerations for internal discussion.

Well-suited as a preparatory step before adopting a reporting framework or committing to specific targets.

Reporting framework engagement

02 / framework

Reporting & Framework Engagement

An eight-to-ten-week engagement for firms preparing to adopt a sustainability reporting framework. Covers framework selection, indicator mapping, data source assessment, and a written implementation plan — conducted jointly with finance, operations, and communications teams.

The approach favors a considered first report the client can own and extend, rather than an elaborate external exercise.

Sustainability advisory retainer

03 / retainer

Sustainability Advisory Retainer

A nine-month retainer for leadership teams carrying a sustained sustainability agenda. Includes two scheduled sessions per month, written correspondence between sessions, and ad-hoc support for specific matters such as customer questionnaires, reporting deadlines, or stakeholder inquiries.

Delivered with attention to how sustainability practice is developing among Thai and regional peers.

Not sure where to start?

A short initial conversation — perhaps 30 minutes — can help clarify which engagement, if any, may be a sensible fit for where your organization is now. There is no obligation attached to that conversation.

⟁ what we bring

A few things worth knowing

These are not promises so much as descriptions of how we tend to work and what clients have found useful.

Regional familiarity

Our work is grounded in the Thai regulatory environment, the disclosure expectations of regional capital markets, and the practical realities facing businesses operating here.

Written deliverables you can use

Each engagement produces documents the client team can share internally, adapt over time, and present to stakeholders without depending on us to interpret them.

Joint working sessions

We work alongside your finance, operations, and communications teams rather than producing findings in isolation. This tends to improve both the quality of the output and how readily it is adopted.

Measured scope

We are candid about what a given engagement can and cannot address. A baseline review, for instance, is not a substitute for a full materiality assessment — and we will say so directly.

Framework-neutral starting point

We do not have a preferred framework we seek to install. Selection emerges from what is appropriate to the client's industry, audience, and readiness — not from vendor relationships.

Sustained availability

Retainer clients have access to written correspondence and ad-hoc input between sessions — useful when a questionnaire arrives unexpectedly or a reporting deadline moves.

⟁ questions

Frequently asked

A few questions we encounter often in early conversations.

Is this right for a company just beginning to think about sustainability? +
The Sustainability Baseline Review may be a reasonable first step. It is designed for companies that would like an outside reading before committing to a framework or target — and the written memorandum it produces can serve as a reference point for internal discussions.
Which reporting frameworks do you work with? +
We have working familiarity with GRI, TCFD, SASB, and the SEC Thailand disclosure requirements, among others. The framework selection process within our Reporting and Framework Engagement is not predetermined — it emerges from a reading of the client's industry, stakeholder base, and reporting maturity.
How much time does a Reporting Engagement ask of our team? +
The eight-to-ten-week engagement includes weekly working sessions with relevant team members — typically finance, operations, and communications — and periodic reviews of draft materials. The preparation workload outside sessions varies by the state of your existing data, but we aim to keep it proportionate to the size and complexity of the business.
Do you work with companies outside Bangkok? +
Yes. Most of our working sessions can be conducted remotely. For engagements where on-site visits would add meaningful value — for example, during data collection for the baseline review — we can discuss travel arrangements separately.
How is the advisory retainer structured over nine months? +
Two scheduled sessions per month, written correspondence between sessions, and access to ad-hoc input for specific matters as they arise. The agenda for each session is set jointly and can shift as priorities change — the retainer is designed to be a working relationship, not a fixed curriculum.
What happens after an engagement concludes? +
We aim to leave clients with materials and internal understanding sufficient to continue independently. Some clients move from a baseline review into a framework engagement, and some retainer clients choose to renew. None of that is assumed at the outset — each engagement is designed to stand on its own.
