Three engagements,
each with its own scope
Ayutthaya Partners offers three distinct engagement types. They are designed to fit different moments in a company's sustainability journey โ not as a sequential programme, but as separate options depending on where the client is.
โ Back to Homeโ methodology
How we approach the work
Each engagement begins with a written scope note, reviewed and agreed by the client before any work starts. This sets out what will be covered, what will not, what the client team's involvement will be, and what the deliverable will look like at conclusion.
We work jointly with client teams rather than working in parallel. For the framework engagement, this means weekly working sessions with finance, operations, and communications staff. For the retainer, it means sessions with leadership and senior staff with sustainability responsibility. The baseline review involves a lighter set of conversations with leadership before a written memorandum is produced.
All written outputs are reviewed by a second practitioner before delivery. We source factual claims about frameworks and regulations. Deliverables are written to be understood and used by the client team independently of us.

ENGAGEMENT 01
Sustainability Baseline Review
A focused engagement for Thai companies that would like an outside reading of their current sustainability position. The review draws on conversations with leadership, a light review of available environmental and social data, and a reading of current governance arrangements as they bear on sustainability topics.
The engagement returns a written memorandum with observations, questions, and a modest list of considerations for internal discussion. It is suitable as a preparatory step before adopting a reporting framework or committing to specific targets.

ENGAGEMENT 02
Reporting & Framework Engagement
An eight-to-ten-week engagement for firms preparing to adopt a sustainability reporting framework โ for example, in response to stakeholder questions, listing requirements, or customer expectations. The work covers framework selection, indicator mapping, data source assessment, and a short written implementation plan.
Conducted jointly with the client's finance, operations, and communications teams, with weekly working sessions and interim drafts. The approach favors a considered first report the client can own and extend, rather than an elaborate external exercise.
